There is a dead fox in the middle of the highway

It is on the A556 Chester Road. There is nothing in the surrounding area so it was difficult to pinpoint the location with no wifi signal. If this is helpful, it was on the route from Leighton hospital to Wythenshawe hospital. The dead fox has been there since 8am when I drove in. Please can you do something about it.

Overgrown bushes impacting path

The trees and bushes alongside winnington park school are impacting on the pedestrian walkways so that everyone now has to walk on the grass verge. Its an annoyance if you are on foot and ok but for elderly, the infirm, people with disabilities or parents with prams it is very difficult. We have been told previously that its because of nesting birds, but the cricket club further along the road keep their boundaries tidy all year round.

Rocking manhole cover and collapsing road around edge
12th October
This manhole cover has been rocking since before April 2023 when it was first reported but not fixed. A further 2 reports have been sent to the council and still no action has been taken to fix the concerns/noise yet the reports have been closed. There is significant noise disturbance when vehicles drive over the rocking manhole, day and night and the collapsing edge also needs addressing.

Hedges opposite Booth Road obstruct footpath. Width is reduced so that it is only possible to walk in single file
and is too narrow for buggy or pushchair
Recent cut of hedge has only tidied it up, and not reduced itds width back to inner pavement edge It is now dangerous to walk so close to moving traffic, particularly for the infirm.

Instability in road on this stretch

When heavy loads/trucks pass by our property the house shakes due to the uneven road surface or possible issues with the road foundations. This has been going on for many months. Its like a small earthquake when the truck pass by on this stretch. Unnerving and actually wakes us up when early in the morning.

20cm pothole outside eco lab entrance

Hello, I just nearly crashed as there is a car broken down due to its tyre bursting because they have driven into the pothole. There were cars coming in the opposite and not enough space on the road to avoid the car so nearly crashed and had to do an emergency stop. Please fix this ASAP as it is a huge hazard to all

Falling tree destroyed our fence
Playhouse and disrupting our quality of life.
Several Trees are overgrown next to our house, recently one of the trees has fallen onto our sons Playhouse that he uses each day! Our fencing has been damaged also by overgrown plants and trees. It is affecting our quality of life to the extreme and our home in in darkness with the shade that these trees provide throughout the day. We do love the trees but it is high time this area is cleaned up and the trees must be lopped and cut back away from our family home please.

One of the small manhole covers for utilities is missing in the middle of the pavement
outside 170 Chester Road
Small utilities manhole cover missing on the eastbound side of the A559 pavement, near to the junction with Foxendale Close. This has been missing for approximately 5 days.

Several large items dumped on side of road
7th August
Dumped outside the children nursery on Old Vicarage Lane. Items include a car door, water tank and microwave and several other things. These have build up over several visits by the tipper.

The entrance to Old Vicarage Lane is more pothole than road. It is impossible to drive on this section of road without hitting several potholes. Please repair.

At the end of the drive to 3 Eaglesfield Hartford
the corner Kerb stone has been dislodged again
At 3 Eaglesfield Hartford , the corner kerbstone has been knocked out again by the bin lorry catching it . Please arrange for it to be re-cemented back into line with the pavement , as this is a dangerous Hazard for cars and cyclists . Please help , this has been like this for 2 months .

45cm pothole near the corner of Chester road and Foxendale close. 5 inches deep.

The pothole is progressively getting worse with material being sprayed across the pedestrian footpath and metal objects are being dislodged from vehicles.
