Bridge repairs
31st March
Any update on the bridge repairs? As the barriers are up around the sandstone blocks which have fallen off the bridge when it was hit, they are taking up some of the road, vehicles are having to give way but some arnt which resulted in an accident here at the weekend. Slow bend ahead signage and white SLOW paint may help alert those not used to the road and it's current condition. Also going forward this would be beneficial for all road users, even after the repairs to the bridge have been carried out.

Gully on Marbury Rd near Oak Cottage
11th March
The gully or the pipe lower down the drain is blocked and at the moment (after a dry spell of weather) water is trickling out of it and running down the road. During rainy weather however, the water flow increases significantly down the road towards Swanick Green where it causes a deep flood in the road at the bottom of the hill. It is also causing the recent pothole repairs to fail.
