On the car park near the access road for Chatwins
6th June
There is an enormous pothole on the Civic Hall Car Park, near the Pay and Display machine at the Chatwins bakery end. It is certainly big enough to damage a vehicle, even at low speed, but a more serious risk is injury to pedestrians who could easily trip and fall. Obviously there is a lot of pedestrian traffic in a car park so this is a real danger.

Overgrown and overhanging trees/shrubs, that have supposedly been cut back according to the latest report. However, the hedge has been trimmed, but not the overhanging vegetation, which is still causing an obstruction.

Pedestrian cut thru between Market St and civic hall car park
3rd June
I had a serious fall because of this pothole. It has the remnants of a metal post in it. I injured my hands, ankles and knee and was badly shaken . Im still recovering 3 wks later. I reported the pothole to Chatwins who stated that ownership of this land is a grey area but that they were sufficiently alarmed by the pothole that they will fill it in! I would like to know whose responsibility this area is.

Trees growing out of control on public land running along the boundary of 22 flowerscroft cw57gn. Growing into the footpath and into my property. I have been here since 2005 and I am unsure whether I am responsible for the trees upkeep or Cheshire East is? I am a retired pensioner and would welcome advice please. Ideally it would be good to cut then to say 2-2.5 metres and cut back on both my property side and the public footpath side.

This has been broken, I did not see by who or whether it was a vehicle. The last time this happened there was an illegal encampment got through onto the park. This could have been done in preparation. It has been done in the last day or so.
