This Road issue is now considerably worse, I live on the corner and all vehicles bottom out across the whole road, this is a serious condition on a well used road and a serious accident could occur, it has now started to dip on to Bradeley Hall Road, risking the collapse of the whole corner. The entry/exit to The Retreat

Im requesting permission to install a 30cm safety convex traffic mirror on either the telegraph pole or the lamppost that on the entry of The Retreat. It is becoming increasingly dangerous to exit the road due to viewing obstruction to traffic approaching from the right as the garden wall of 147 Broad Street is too high to look over. Quite often residents must make any turns blind as there no way for certain to know if the road is free from traffic coming from the right. Slowly creeping out of the road isnt a solution as there are daily instances of the front end of the car colliding with traffic coming from the right that are impossible to see.
I have already purchased a wide-angle convex mirror which is 30cm in diameter and requires 5 screw fixings and can be inspected before installation if needed.

The hedge boundary to the residential property is encroaching so far in to the pathway, that it is making it impossible for pedestrians to pass without stepping in to the carriage way if people are waiting at the bus stop. This is particularly problematic if the pedestrian has a child's pushchair or buggy or has a mobility aid.

Obscured Traffic light for pedestrian crossing WEST STREET CREWE

The left hand traffic light as you look toward Crewe with Morrisons' Daily on your left is almost totally hidden by the overgrown tree. Look carefully at the photograph. It is called spot the light. There is an accident waiting to happen as when the lights change to red the pedestrians would expect the traffic to stop. However, if the drivers cannot see the light then the inevitable is going to happen.

Pavement in front of property

Pavement in a terrible condition causing my mother to trip on the uneven ground. The tree roots have pushed the pavement up. Its an accident waiting to happen. Have told my elderly mother who has bad eyesight to walk on the road to avoid this very uneven pavement.
