Outside no 111
Lightley Close
There are bushes and shrubs in the verge and we are concerned their growth will hinder visibility for pedestrians and ourselves when we are entering and exiting our drive. Shrubs have been appearing, increasingly, for over 1yr. The verge is owned by CCC and should be cleared of shrubs. Regards.

Layby between Kents Green Lane and Holmshaw Lane junctions
13th June
This layby is regularly the target for someone to dump wine bottles and beer tins. This, notwithstanding a CEC standard bin being placed here. I, along with other local residents routinely clear these items up and place them in the bin.
Sadly, today, I have come across another example of this behaviour but this time the bottles appear to be of milk, and will be seen from the picture, some milk remains in the bottles. I don't have the specialist gear needed to remove these (nor the cast iron stomach needed to get close due to the smell) so, apologetically needing to ask CEC to tackle on my behalf. Separately I'd also ask if CEC have any monitoring / surveillance equipment to cover this area. The pattern of littering / tipping appears to suggest that one person is responsible, I'd dearly love to help identify them and for them to be required to repay the community for the problems that they have brought. And not forgetting that there is a CEC bin in this layby!!

House directly behind mine
7th June
The tree is over grown, it hangs over my greenhouse and next door neighbours shed, it is only getting bigger, it is probably 10 meters now, it blocks light into my house. It is so big now I think I have to let my house insurance know. If branches fall it will come down on my greenhouse house and it over hangs all of my neighbours shed as well
