The hedge alongside the property at 1 /2 Swallow Drive (first property on RHS) is so overgrown you cannot see the grass verge and visibility to turn out of Sycamore Grove is non existent so its now dangerous pulling out. Several near misses now as you cannot see clearly and cars then swerve around you as you edge out.

The road on the left has been narrowed due to mud , etc over the years and has built up, totally covering the kerbside from just passed Ashby drive down towards the junction at the bridge. This makes it very dangerous for traffic turning right into Elton Road and extremely dangerous for traffic turning left into Elton Road. I would appreciate it if someone could come out to actually see the issue as the photos don't show the kerbside being hidden or just how much of the road is narrowed by this problem.

Alley way next to my back garden gate

A sofa was down the alley way when I moved in giving me no access to my garden gate therfore my wheelie bins have to be kept at the front of my house. But recently I have noticed more waste has been dumped there, I can no longer even open my gate. I can't get my garden waste out to be emptied as I can't get down the alley way.

This is part of multiple reports I am submitting about the same individual. Dumps garbage and building materials. Rents the unit but does nothing but cause a nuisance brining everywhere down its effecting business drastically now it needs to be solved and all removed and tidied immaculate once and for all its vile. Rats are appearing now and the abandoned vehicles stated in the additional submitted reports. My name is Oliver Owen I occupy unit F Im more than happy for you to mention me. The footpaths are used daily and are a hazard to the elderly and also disabled! There are approx 50 slabs that need replacing and this pave is used far more and is far worse than the one renewed going out of wheelock and is used 99% more! And its getting worse by the day because of these huge cars that park with 2 wheels on the pavement while visiting the shop, hair dressers x 2,vets etc.
