Weeds in the gutters
30th May
I am complaining about weeds in the gutters & weeds in the edge of the pavement. It not only affects the front of my property but I notice it all over the town. Middlewich is looking very disgraceful

From the traffic up to the bridge
the whole strip on the left where the only pathway is
Overgrown nettles and weeds which is on a very thin and narrow pathway and no alternative path only road. I have been out walking today with a young child, a baby in pram and a dog. Trying to get around all of the overgrown nettles was extremely difficult without my children or dog being stung. We ended up having to walk along the very busy road to get past. As we pay nearly 300 a month in council tax we would expect to be able to walk around where we live without needing to report these kind of issues. This needs sorting as a matter of urgency as you are restricting us from being able to walk the dog in a safe environment as the only way is dangerously via the busy road.

Croxton Lane
new building site entrance and along carriageway
Disgraceful and dangerous mess on road, no apparent mitigation processes in place. This is a main emergency ambulance route, there is mud along about 100m stretch heading into Middlewich, lots of stones up to several cm in size. These could easily cause a windscreen to shatter or damage to bodywork of vehicles if flicked up by passing traffic and of course, as I have said, this is a main blue light ambulance route. Surely before permission to start work was given this was flagged and the importance of keeping the carriageway clean was drummed in! Worse, they could potentially cause serious injury to pedestrians or the many dogs that are walked along the footpaths there. If this is an example of the, to be overly kind, careless and slipshod attitude prevalent on that site then it is obviously one to keep a very close eye on.

Croxton Lane
25th May
Bridge on Croxton Lane over canal.. the shrubs and trees need cutting back as the bridge is only wide enough for one car to pass and you cannot see oncoming traffic due to the trees and shrubs blocking the view. This is dangerous and will cause an accident

Overhanging tree branches and hedges across footpath
24th May
There are a number of trees and hedges overgrown across the footpath that to avoid them you have to step into the road. The road is a 50mph road.

Carriageway after roundabout heading towards Holmes chapel
24th May
Heading towards Holmes chapel. A grid and a drain have been completely covered in tarmac where they had dropped. Surely this is a ridiculous solution instead of fixing the fault. Covering it up will ultimately cause more issues

On Plus Dane land by our flats closest to Dale Court
23rd May
A private property which backs on to our land has had there garden renovated including felling a tree.
A resident of Dale Court has spoken to the home owner who has told them that they own there house and the land the rubble/soil tree has been dumped on council land but it actually belongs to Plus Dane.
I have been told they have used travellers to clear the garden.
There was somebody in the garden shown in the picture when I visited with a colleague today but they disappeared despite us shouting to get their attention so we have not been able to speak to them.

17 queen street
21st May
We have a white line painted outside the house so that we can access our driveway but it has faded and needs repainting as cars keep parking and blocking us in and my husband has a lot of health issues so we need 24 hour access to get in and out of the drive.
