The owner occupier of the property on Long Lane South has had extensiicve works carried out to level the garden and have flytipped rubble, earth, a tree, flags and other items on Plus Dane Land.
They have been witnessed doing this and have been challenged and told that it is Plus Dane land and they cannot dump it there. They continued saying its council land.

I am writing to raise an urgent and serious report regarding the absolutely disgraceful condition of the road leading up to Bradwall Lane in Sandbach. The entire width of this stretch is in an appalling state of disrepair, made exponentially worse by a series of enormous potholes running along the edge of the road.
This is not just an issue of poor road maintenance - it is a genuine safety hazard. The width of the road sometimes forces drivers to veer dangerously close to the side of the road when avoiding oncoming vehicles. A single wrong move or a minor misjudgment could easily result in a vehicle hitting one of the massive edge-of-road potholes, causing severe damage or, even worse, a serious accident.
It is wholly unacceptable that a road in such a visibly dangerous state has not already been repaired. The conditions pose a constant risk to motorists, cyclists, and other road users. This level of neglect suggests a complete disregard for public safety and vehicle preservation.
I urge you to treat this as a priority and conduct an immediate inspection and plan for full resurfacing of this stretch, not just superficial patchwork. Temporary fixes are not sufficient - the structural integrity of the entire road surface is compromised and will only get worse over time.
Additional traffic and M6 motorway closures etc and the lack of progress of the Middkewich Bypass is meaning this stretch is being used more frequently than ever.

This grating was fixed on wednesday but opened back up immediately. The noise is incredibly loud and is keeping us up at night while causing damage to property with bits of road flying. Our neighbor has a newborn and this won't be helping them. Please re-fix as the repair a few days ago hadn't made any difference to the noise
