Unsafe path

Unsafe pathment due to grass etc growing in joints in slabs. As several local residents are very unstable walking it is difficult for them to use path. Also very uncomfortable while using a modality scooter. This could be fixed with a visit from the weed sprayer.

With the traffic lights staying red 5 times longer than being green the back up of traffic down the A46 is horrendous and causes huge traffic concerns. This road is a main route through yet is held up on flow for a long time allowing build of traffic which causes huge problems, thank you
