Constantly coming across discarded plastic and metal utilities and council contractors barriers and signage in the local area. It is usually left in the grass kerbside, the grass grows over it and when verge cutter comes they don't see it and the plastic gets chopped up into many pieces. The items here have been removed from the verge before this happens.

The drain / gulley needs de silting at this point in bend in road. Recently the drains / gulleys on Devitts Green Lane were all cleaned and de silted apart from the one where the road floods. After exceptional dry period when heavy rain arrives it will cascade down the lane and flood on the bend in the road.
