Overgrown bushes & parking on pavement

The owner from 18 Wyatt Way has let their bushes grow extensively over the public footpath restricting use. This is coupled with numerous cars parking on the pavement and on the bend. It means pedestrians are at risk as its a blind bend & theyre having to walk in the road. This is common route for primary school children to walk to school.

This tree is in the car park at the back of Highfield. As you can see, it has not been pruned for a long time and is severely overgrown. The tree has been encroaching on our garden for many years with me trimming off any branches overhanging our property but it is reaching a ridiculous level now and I do not have the skills or equipment to fix the issue

7 potholes southwards from Entrance to Whitestitch House

The potholes are caused by surface water drainage, and in fact alot of the western side of the lane for approx 100 m is worn away with 7 potholes being caused. The damage has been caused during the long rainy period as water pours down to the culvert at the place marked on the map by large pin.

Danger of mud and vehicles parked on high speed road
28th January
For the past few weeks I have observed very inconsiderate and dangerous parking on a stretch of Berkswell Road opposite Wad Barn House. On two specific occasions I have witnessed near misses involving cars travelling at speed past this spot, and I fear that an accident will happen soon. I commute past this spot most days and it seems that everyday there are various vehicles, mainly taxis which congregate in the gateway of one of the fields or park half on the grass verge, creating a pinch point in the road just past a bend with limited vision. This is often during rush hour, where visibility is poor due to the lack of daylight. Because the taxis are driving on and off the verges, and in and out of the field gateway, they are trafficking copious amounts of mud onto a really dangerous part of the road. Ive attached pictures to try to illustrate my concerns. The photos show two vehicles. This was one of the few times I was a passenger in the car and was able to take some pictures. But usually there are many more vehicle around this gateway. In the past weeks I have regularly seen 5 or 6 double parked along this country lane and I cannot fathom why they would use such a dangerous place to park.
