Coming from town riding down the slope to go under the tracks there is a blossom tree overgrown hanging down the wall making cyclists use the opposite lane. It needs attention. Still blocking pavement, dangerous corner, people, mobility scooters and pushchairs having to go inroad.
Its moved when traffic wardens come. Then moved back again as soon as they leave. These people are aggressive and rude, so cannot be approached by the public. perhaps the police need to caution them?
