Dangerous Footpath access
10th October
The access to the footpath (part of Millenium Way) has become dangerous & slippery. The access to and from the busy A426 used to have wooden steps to help you climb into and out of the field on the footpath. These disappeared last year and now it it just a slippery muddy slope which as the weather becomes wetter is becoming dangerous to use as the slope is very steep making accessing the footpath dangerous.
The issue has got much worse over the past couple of months and is likely to make the path unuseable during the coming months.

Road water run off flooding houses
18th June
Large volumes of water are running off Leamington Road and flooding the front of the houses on Kenning close. This is so severe that in heavy rain water is sat against the house and close to entering the ventilation bricks. We have taken steps to improve drainage ourselves, but the amount of silt and debris being carried off the road means these are quickly blocked. This has been getting steadily worse over the past year and we have not been able to resolve it. There is insufficient drainage or kerbs to prevent a river of water running towards the houses in heavy rain.

The drains in the road are blocked so all the water floods down our drive

The 2 drains outside my house (16 Model Village) are both blocked resulting in all the water from the road cascading down my drive and flooding my house. Drain is behind the car in the photos (under the water) This is a huge problem and needs to be resolved
