Excessive lighting facing the road
25th April
A business at Fenny Compton Wharf switches on three arc lights pointed directly at the road after dark. The lights are so bright it dazzles drivers especially coming from Fenny Compton village. I suggest one of your officers visits the junction at night to experience the dazzling.

A 10 inch & a 8 inch pothole in close proximity on High Street outside our house

When traffic runs over the potholes, our whole house shakes and doors rattle. It is very worrying. These holes are getting increasingly bad and have been there for 2 to 3 weeks.

Various old potholes opened up again on high street
12th February
These are previously filled potholes which of course keep reopening. Traffic passing through them causes my house to vibrate alarmingly. I am wondering if that can cause structural damage?

Entering lovely Fenny Compton
3rd December
When entering you are met with a horrendous road condition from northend. Its incredibly bouncy and dangerous as there is no way you could safely complete an emergency stop there with the uneven road conditions. Its incredibly uncomfortable in a moderate modern vehicle. Bouncy, crashy, let alone the damage its causing to your cars wheels and tyres.
Please consider resurfacing and not patching the roads as patching doesnt last.

No new 40mph signs for traffic entering the village
1st December
The speed limit on Station Road in front of the new development at Compton Locks has been reduced to 40 mph. New speed limit signage was finally put in place 28th Nov however only for traffic leaving the village. Traffic entering the village from the railway bridge is unaware of the change and is still travelling at up to 60 mph. Please get full signage in place ASAP. Also the sign on the left as you exit Compton Locks has been knocked and has come loose
