Shopping trolley in Shottery Brook is blocking the flow and creating a new bank

This shopping trolley has been in Shottery Brook for months (more than a year). I have reported it several times, but it remains there. As the brook has flooded and receded the trolley has trapped branches, weeds, rubbish and silt. It is now almost completely covered. It needs removing while the water level is low and it is accessible. I have been redirected to various agencies but the trolley remains.

old style dustbin has been left in small wooded walk through. It is filled with rubbish and dog poo bags and is lying on its side.
This has been here for some time. It is quite disgusting. I have reported it previously but its still there. Its not difficult to locate if you walk through the natural footpath, beside Shottery Brook, from the Drayton Close dead end to Meadow Close. The whole bin needs removing.
