Blocked gully on south side Gospel Oak Lane
26th February
The roadside gully is blocked so the water does not drain away via the stream further west along Gospel Oak lane ( it flows on the northern side of the road). As a consequence, the water floods across the road causing a hazard to vehicles, especially when it freezes.

Pot holes length of road
7th December
This whole road need resurfacing urgently . I reported this as have others many times. From the A46 turning to the bridge at the top of ingon lane , kings lane needs urgent attention. They put red markings the length of the road to fool us into thinking they will do something. Its is dangerous ! Especially to bikes and motorcycles . The holes and crevices are ridiculous.

Footpath/cycleway on Old Kings Lane
Snitterfield needs clearing of vegetation
Concerns the Old Kings Lane, now downgraded to a shared foot/cycle path linking the A46 foot/xycle path through to Kings Lane (by Cobbs Farm Shop).
This section appears not to be maintained with the result that the path is disappearing under vegetation, can be very muddy and slippery, and brambles and nettles are encroaching on the path from both sides.
Without too much expenditure, dead vegetation could be cleared from the path to expose the tarmac of the old Kings Lane which would provide a good surface for walkers and cyclists alike.

Deep pot holes on junction of a46 with Kings Lane
9th May
There are several deep pot holes exactly on the junction of Kings Lane, Snitterfield where it joins the A46. These are dangerous because its a busy junction and traffic is very fast moving along the A46 so you need to accelerate out of the junction at a rapid pace of to safely join the traffic. The pot holes viciously shake the vehicle when accelerating over them and if you leave the junction at slow speed to try to avoid vehicle damage then youre putting the vehicle occupants at risk of being crashed into by the fast moving vehicles already on the carriageway.
