Blocked drain causing severe flooding

This blocked drain is causing road-wide flooding to the height of both kerbs. It is close to new village hall and do high traffic location when functions are held. It is also the radon one of my vehicles is in the local garage being taken to pieces. There is also a lot of mud in the road which needs removing. If not fixed the date of this posting will be circulated on location Social Media so car drives experiencing damage can claim against Council.

Picture shows location but not severity which can come across three quarters of road. This is a combination of direct rainfall and runoff from land. Ironically the flood is directly over a stream so fitting a drain could easily remedy the problem. NB. A new BMW was recently abandoned in this flood, presumably a write off.
