String of widening potholes

This hazard has been reported previously last year. It was marked for repair, but it hasn't happended and the holes are getting worse. It is on an especially hazardous stretch of road for a cyclist, particularly on dark wet nights!

Turning out of B4452 from Harbury onto A455 it is impossible to view oncoming traffic due to vegetation on the road side. A455 traffic is fast and I have witnessed several near accidents. This has progressively worsened over the last two months.
