Pothole which has been previously reported.
10th December
This pothole has been here for some time (2years) and has been previously reported to the council, with no action taken. It is very close to the drain and I am concerned about the safety of the drain as it is directly in front of my driveway. 02 George Birch Close, Brinklow.

Poor condition of tarmac in Colledge Close
27th October
The condition of the road surface is extremely poor in Colledge Close, Brinklow. We have potholes, cracking and crumbling tarmac along the entire length of the close. Our pavements were resurfaced several years ago leaving higher than usual curbs that are causing problems for residents with drop-curb drives. The Close should be resurfaced to address the poor condition & bring the curbs & road back into acceotable tolerance.

Pothole forming due to standing water…
26th September
A pothole is now forming due to the constant standing water on the road. For the past two years. Which still hasnt been sorted. So not only is the standing water constantly washing the new limestone pointing out again. Making the house damp and wet inside. Its now creating a pothole. Everytime it rains this happens

Standing water
splashing up on house 2 metres high. Outside of Home Farm
This is a continuous problem. Water is washing up the side of the house everytime it rains. Sometimes in excess of 2 metres high. This is causing the rather costly newly pointed brickwork to wash out. Again. And pedestrians to get soaked when walking on the pavement. It isnt helped by vehicles doing well in excess off 30mph. Some even doing 40-50mph. The road is now uneven and even potholes are starting to form. Causing more vibrations in the house.

Standing water constantly splashing onto house. Making the walls damp
2nd January
The problem is at Home Farm, 3 Rugby Road. Constant standing water that isnt draining away due to an uneven busy road surface. Isnt draining away. It is constantly splashing onto the house. Weve already had to spend thousands on having to get it repointed after the mortar has been washed out. And the new mortar put 2023, is showing signs of being washed out. It needs to be fixed. Short answer. The road wants completely resurfacing from broad Street junction, to the Easenhall junction. The camber of the road wants altering away from the house.
