Daily Flytipping on Newdigate Road

Here we go again and again with the daily flytipping on Newdigate Road, been reported so many times but the council again do nothing! The piles of rubbish just get bigger and bigger because no actions have been taken to catch the culprits just leaflets posted through the doors, and silly stickers on top the rubbish telling us it's flytipping as if we didn't know that, it looks like London Road tip down here, gangs of youths hanging around the corner near the dirty vermin infested takeaway Pizza, hat and grill, taking drugs and causing trouble with residents, but again and again the council does nothing, after all these years of reporting they know the culprits and they do nothing, to scared and basically they don't careless

Broken tarmac on the pavement outside the new shops opposite the junction with Broadway. This has left large bits of debris/trip hazards. The surface is constantly weakend by cars pulling up onto the pavement.

Flytipping still not cleared up

Reported this 3 weeks ago a fridge and rotting rubbish on Waterman Road why has it not been cleaned up? And rubbish on 2 usual places on Newdigate road, it's hot and the rubbish is rotting, now they are adding more and more rubbish onto what is already there, we report it every week but nothing is being done, whole of Mulliner street and Newdigate Road is a dumping ground, on corner of Newdigate Road, takeaway Pizza hat and grill youths at night time taking drugs, and causing trouble, mess everywhere, rats vermin running around eating the rubbish thrown from that business, owners have been told but say it's nothing to do with them, council don't do anything as well

Overhanging tree branches

Using the cycle lane on coundon road you go under the rail tracks. Coming from town riding down the slope to go under the tracks there is a blossom tree overgrown hanging down the wall making cyclists use the opposite lane. It needs attention. There are several potholes in this area that need to be refilled. They are causing damage to my tyres. It is near number 40 Berkeley Road North.

Daily Flytipping

Again and again daily flytipping on Newdigate Road, council have been told who the culprits are, it's not getting any better it's getting worse, now the hot weather is out there seems to be more and more, just take a look at the state of Mulliner street it's a rubbish tip and then come and have a look on Newdigate Road! Whatever the council are doing ( nothing) they know who it is but clearly scared to do anything of offending them it's not sending a clear message out to them, they do it more and more just come out at night time or when no one is watching ( they have been sent evidence) dirty, filthy and vile

Constantly blocking pavement

Still blocking pavement, dangerous corner, people, mobility scooters and pushchairs having to go inroad.
Its moved when traffic wardens come. Then moved back again as soon as they leave. These people are aggressive and rude, so cannot be approached by the public. perhaps the police need to caution them?
