Pothole located on the on end of slip road

They're multiple very large tennis ball size potholes at the end of the slip road where it joins the M69, they're are all along the giveaway markings and all the way along until the giveaway markings join the solid white lines. These are dangerous because they are just as you join the motorway at obviously around 60 70 miles an hour and potentially has the ability to cause damage to cars / affect steering.

Large pothole on Lutterworth Road.
10th February
I drove over a pothole and punctured my front passenger tyre. I lost control and almost went in the left hand side ditch. Also my friend in the passenger seat injured his knee due to the impact. I slowly driven into the nearby farm/farm shop to get my tyre sorted. The farmer told me that there has been many issues with that road already.
