Manhole cover clanging twice every vehicle that goes over it 24hrs day and night louder than ever reported 3 times in last year not fixed

It's ongoing noise and disruption of sleep constantly clanging as vehicles go over it, it's now louder than ever I have video evidence .It's a constant nuisance and is affecting sleeping and mental health it must have been reported by other people

Parked on the bus stop

This car is parked on the buses stop every stop very often. I see on the window screen he resived parking tickets few times. But this owner of this car doesnt take any responsibility and still parked on buses stop every stop . Is very risky and dangerous the buses need stop in the mide of the road.is very dengerus for others cars and people specially on this busy Greenstead road . Parking on pavement

This resident parks their 2 vans in this inconsiderate manner daily, obstructing the footpath for pedestrians. A polite request was sent via letter through the door to reconsider their parking arrangements for the safety of children, people in wheelchairs, people with prams etc who all have to walk in the road however this has made no difference.

All the street lights are out on the riverside path between Colne Causeway and about the Jackson and Co estate agents office. Most of the lights north of the estate agents are working, though a couple of those are out, too. I walked this at about 6pm, well after sunset.

Manhole cover clattering

The large manhole cover outside gates of Wilson Marriage Centre is clattering loudly whenever vehicles drive over it. The tarmac surrounding the frame is now breaking up. I assume that it's a water cover, but am unable to check as traffic too dangerous!
