Narrow pathway disintergrating. Dangerous and unsuitable for prams

The pavement has been deteriating for some time. The continuation of this pavement into the village has been relayed, but stops short of this last stretch. A neighbour recently fell here and broke her wrist. It is extremely dangerous. It is right outside the front of our of Elkins, Chelmsford road.

Extensive flooding to 60mph road

There is a blocked gulley and this has left extensive flooding across a national speed limit road in a dip so it is hidden from traffic until the last minute. Properties either side are at real risk of impact from vehicles entering this flood at speed or being in a collision from traffic in the other direction.
