Overhanging trees

Three huge trees overhang my garden. I reported this before and was informed that the up keep of my garden is down to me ,which I get.But it is now ridiculous and I am doing it everyday. There are branches ,Tamara's and leaves and other debris constantly. Ivy is breaking my fence. The trees block out light and sunlight. I suffer from COPD and asthma of which this effects. It is also effecting my mental health as its so stressful. Trees are in Osterly Close at the back of my property.

Olive trees obstructing the pavement

Two olive trees in planters outside the Quattordici restaurant are obstructing the pavement requiring pedestrians to walk single-file or step down to the roadway to pass them. There are also overhanging branches at head height which could cause an eye injury, especially at night time when they are difficult to see.
Ideally they should be removed completely rather than cut back.
Also, is the restaurant permitted to have table and chairs on the pavement?
