Massive flytip
14th November
I have more pics, this is fly-tipping on an industrial scale and you'll need big wagons and waders to get it all out of the river, which it's blocking up.

Flytipping
11th June
Two lots of flytipping, close to each other just along this drove / track, and about 30 meters off Puxton Lane. There is a sign indicating there is CCTV in the area so hope the culprits can be found.

Traffic lights not recognising cyclists
17th February
These traffic lights regularly fail to recognise approaching or waiting cyclists. This has been a continuing problem. I have often waited for up to 15 minutes, lights only changing when cars approach. The current system seems not to work making this road unsafe.

Bad Ride when traveling over bridge
10th October
When travelling over the M5 motorway there is big bump when travelling over this bridge. From both sides its like the tarmac has dropped and needs levelling to bring the road up to the level of the bridge, to prevent damaging to cars.

Disgraceful rubbish dumping in vicinity of arrow see OS Grid References given
29th August
Bridle way east from Puxton and also on footpath which turns south (known as Meer Wall) which eventually links back to Puxton, via track/footpath to Puxton Moor Lane. Three lots chucked into rhynes, probably needing a small lift to retrieve including tyres, white goods & mattresses. Grid Refs:- ST 41152 63333, ST 41571 63346, ST 41590 63245. (or vary close, mess can't be missed!)

Very unsafe procedure by highway maintenance worker
30th September
Between Hewish and Westwick there is maintenance. We drove past at 10pm Friday 30th September. The left lane was being closed using cones so we were in the middle lane. As we drove down and reached the end of the cones the man was still placing them. Instead of placing them he was throwing them across almost half of the lane. We swerved violently as from the way he threw the cone we thought it was going to hit our car as we approached. This is incredibly unsafe as its dark and a completely in appropriate way to place the road work cones especially with cars travelling at 70mph.

Traffic lights do not recognise cyclists
26th August
These lights control traffic over railway bridge and I cycle over this bridge regularly, I seem to remember complaining about this issue years ago, so obviously an ongoing issue. The lights fail to register a cyclist is present, Eastbound it only seems to happen infrequently, going Westbound this happens frequently, only changing if car comes up behind you. You have even seen fit to put up a sign saying cyclist must obey lights, obviously car drives have complained cyclists are riding through them, if cyclists are doing this, I suggest it is because traffic lights aren't registering a cyclist. I have had cars driving over the bridge towards me when lights where definitely green on my side, so maybe the dont recognise cars sometimes and they go through a red light.
