Multiple potholes at the bottom of Locarno avenue

Landlord renovating property and dumped sofas left by tenants

Former tenant left property but did not get rid of everything.Landlord now renovating property and has dumped furniture. Landlord and former tenants son are friends as landlord gives jobs to the son. Can council follow up with the landlord to ensure landlord has made arrangements with council to collect the furniture.
