Available pavement excessively narrowed
10th August
Pizza express has seating outside its business just here. However this has narrowed the useable width of the pavement for pedestrians to a matter of only about 1 metre at the edge, right next to the traffic on a busy bend next to/ on the roundabout. This is dangerous for many users eg those with small children. The business should be asked to reduce its outside seating to remedy this.

A59 Skipton Bypass Embankment - Tree and Foliage overgrowth
31st July
North Yorkshire Council have confirmed that the A59 Bypass embankment which borders our Residential Park (for persons over 55), belongs to National Highways and that we should contact yourselves for tree and foliage overgrowth maintenance. As a Residential Park one of our homes here has now become seriously affected by the tree and foliage overgrowth hanging over and growing into their garden. Your help with maintenance on that part of your land would be appreciated.
