This whole street is absolutely full of dangerous potholes from top to bottom

The whole road is an accident waiting to happen for both drivers and pedestrians. There are a lot of elderly people on this road. The potholes in some places are 7 or 8 inches deep. I have to park at the top when I visit my elderly mum as I'm worried it will damage my car .

Hi there
We continue to have a neighbour who parks their car on the junction to the main road that leads to our estate.
On numberous times there has been almost accidents due to not being able to see cars turning into the street.
Please could something be done to avoid this happening in the future.

The road sign has been hanging on precariously for several years but yesterday it gave up the ghost! The wooden backing has completely splintered and its fallen off. The metal sign will need straightening and the old wood replacing for it to be reinstalled.

Lack of signage

This road goes from double to single in both directions. There are no signs to state this, nor are there any right of way rules either. I have been involved in multiple close calls on this road, as have many others. People mount the kerb to get round each other, or risk a crash by people who don't care, or are coming to fast for people who are farther along the single lane portion than they are. There needs to be signage here to show which was has priority.

18” piece of tarmac loose on the road alongside other smaller pieces

This entire area has been problematic for years. The area around the drain constantly breaks up and, even when the road surface is seemingly in one piece, water flows and bubbles down the gutter and around the corner of the pavement then down Lees Bank Road. As the photos show, that corner is totally mashed up after our 10 days of snow and ice.
