Several dumped bags of clothes at car park entrance

There is a big stack of bin bags full of clothes, which the man dumping them said were 'for homeless people', but there are no homeless people there. The bags have been there, being rained on, for several days now so it's doubtful that they're any good for anyone now anyway.

Deep & dangerous pothole in the middle of road
15th January
There are multiple potholes is in the middle of the road - the biggest is particularly deep (approximately 4inch deep) As there are parked cars at the side of the road, moving cars are required to drive more central therefore driving into/over the pothole. As it was dark, visibility was difficult too.

Syretch of pavement covered in dog mess
15th November
I walked along the stretch of path alongside south craven school today for the first time in months and found the whole way was covered in dog mess. Both on the path and in the side along the wall. Me and my young child managed to avoid stepping in any today but it had clearly been waked through by others at points.

Road surface deteriorated A629 west bound

The road surface on the A629 west bound coming onto the roundabout has deteriorated. This deterioration is causing increased braking distances when coming to stop approaching the roundabout. This could lead to an accident.

Bollard on pavement has been hit and is now not preventing traffic
9th October
Outside Forget Me Not Cross Hills a bollard has been driven into on the pavement. It is now bent over and the top has been completely ripped off and thrown across the pavement. We used to have two bollards on the pavement but it was damaged last year. Only one of them got replaced, which has now been taken out again by traffic. As this has happened again we really need both bollards to be replaced, for the safety of local people and businesses. It is not safe for people to walk along this pavement as traffic knock into it or take the corner too tight so they mount the pavement.

There is scaffolding and a pole is too far out and its been hit by a morrisons food van its not been erected safely its now been hit again and its fully bent, no sign on the scaffold I expect there is no pavement licence aswell
