Busy footpath in need of resurfacing

The footpath along the east side the Wayoh reservoir connects the village of Edgworth with the Entwistle station and there is no bus service. It is very well used and heavily eroded. Some sections are very rocky and uneven as gravel has gone. Some steps have fallen apart. One stretch is a mudbath. Improvements here would benefit a lot of users and it would be great if the path were useable by prams & wheelchairs.

Drainage Modifications
29th April
Someone has modified the Road Gullies / Drains on Bradshaw Road at either Side of Mary's Vale.
The back of the gullys have been excavated and new pipes installed meaning the water collected by these gullies is discarded directly onto the fields (and not via the drainage network). Evidence of the excavations are clear to see and already the pasture is being damaged by the water and salt. The resident of this house has previous for cutting out kerbs to alter water flow.
I cant believe this work has been completed with the consent of the council, united utilities and land owner / tenant.

Horrendous pothole
2nd April
Two awful potholes close together just before the bridge by the King William pub. One is worse than the other and there will be accidents caused by people having their tyres taken out by it, or people too busy looking out/swerving it and crashing into another oncoming car.
