Spreading trees

As these trees are maturing their branches are spreading through the railings on top of the wall. I am 5 ft 1 inch and the branches brush my head. People park partly on the pavement thereby reducing the available pavement space so they are currently in the way. The responsibility for this may lie with the owners of Darwen Health Centre.

Broken glass beer bottles under the swings

My 11 year old son was playing in bold venture park - darwen Lancashire when he kicked his ball, went to retrieve it and landed on broken glass beer bottles.
This has resulted in him having a nasty injury, I am absolutely disgusted that this is happening and the parks are not monitored enough.
They should be locked up at night time or more stringent rules in place.
Now my 11 year old will have scaring for life due to someones thoughtless act.
I understand your having issues with the park itself, it will always be the minority that ruins it for the rest of us.
I have no idea what you can do to minimise this risk, I know this is a huge task for you to deal with going forward.
For example the orange park on wood st in darwen has had no swings for nearly two years, its completely run down the grass is always full of dog excrement.
Please can you get back to me and let me know this has been rectified as Im worried about other children hurting themselves.
