Raw sewage leak from tanker

Around 2:30pm today 28th March 2025, I was passing a septic tanker on School Road, Hockley Heath. I had to reverse as there wasnt room for both of us to pass. When I continued on my journey. I noticed in my rear view mirror the driver had stopped as the tanker was spilling out raw sewage. I was heading to Hockley Heath School and the sewage was on the road as far as Rotherhams Oak Lane. My car has travelled with raw sewage on the base of my vehicle. Other vehicles and cyclists have had to pass through the sewage on the road.

Street light number 417 on the A3400 Stratford Road (on the box tree roundabout) is only very dim when it comes on in the dark. All other lights around give good light, but this light you can only just see a faint glow of the LEDs. Possible head replacement required.
