Frequent dangerous and illegal parking in this area

Road surface
28th May
The entire length of Stroud Road is horrendous, especially the Acheson Road end. The surface has been beyond repair for years but has been exacerbated by the recent bodge patching following the Cadent trenches.
Please do not think about patch repairing the surface - it needs a full plane-off and new surface course.

No safe pedestrian route around roadworks
24th April
As shown in photos, a contractor for Severn Trent Water has blocked one half of the road and fully blocked the pedestrian pavement for roadworks. They have not provided any safe route for pedestrians, with the roadworks extending around the corner into Haslucks Croft. Due to the positioning of the 3 way traffic lights on an extremely busy road, pedestrians are given no advance notice of the pavement being closed, and are either forced into the road to go round the worksite or attempt crossing the road.
This area is heavily used by both young and elderly persons, and are being forced into an unsafe position.
The TM also makes the use of the only safe zebra crossing difficult as traffic lights partially block this crossing.

No safe footway around roadworks
22nd April
As shown in the photos, the inconsiderate road contractor has not provided a safe walking route for pedestrians approaching the lane closure from the south. Pedestrians are walking in the live carriageway to pass the roadworks. Once again cowboy contractors left to do as they please whilst traffic management proposals and checks go ignored by SMBC. Pedestrians are never considered.

Kingswood Close Parking issues
15th April
Cafe has opened across the way and people now parking on curves and around both sides of road, vans cant get past at time (assuming emergency vehicles). Tried reporting to police, council, and councillors now. Its a winding entrance and blind bend so posses a real safety risk when cars are coming around corner from both directions and then have to reverse a fair way to allow anyone through around a corner. Again, tried reporting the correct way so would appreciate someone to reach out if possible and discuss as its getting worse
