This fencing was put in place to prevent fly tipping in this cul-de-sac that leads to the Birmingham wheels site by the highways department.When it was open, the Council had to remove a huge amount of rubbish that took several lorries and a digger almost the whole day to remove. It needs to be replaced as soon as possible, with something stronger if that is possible, thank you

I had booked a clinical waste collection.
Request : Waste Clinical Collection Ref: WCC084856
The appointment was for today, Wednesday, the 28th of May I was advised that the collection can be from the early hours of the morning therefore I left this out from the night before. It is now 3:30 pm and a collection has not been made. Please advise further. I have also tried locally in the pharmacies as well as my surgery, but however they will not take these clinical wastes.
