Overgrown hedge blocking path
28th April
This hedge has been neglected over the last 5 years. Now you have to go into the road to walk past without getting your face brushed by the privet. I reported to the council last year as the nearby steps were over grown. The steps were trimmed but the rest of the bush is blocking usage of the pavement. Numerous times Ive had to walk my child into the road at school times when cars are more active on this street

Extensive grafitti on overhead gantry sign
15th April
There is severe grafitti on the overhead gantry sign on the M5 northbound approaching J2. The sight of it is offensive and the information on the sign is obscured resulting in a safety risk. In addition, it is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT to remove the defacement, as per Sections 48 to 52 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003, within 28 days. This defacement has been present for at least 6 months. It is not acceptable to state that maintenance of signs is cyclical and will have to wait. It must be cleaned NOW.

Doorway to M5 been missing for 5 years
1st April
At this point where there are steps to gain access to the M5, the door has been off its hinges for 5 years (it is still there) and the hole which is left has been covered by Heras fencing. From the M5 side it looks like this fencing has been pushed away. Going towards Jct 2 from this gap in the fencing there is another panel missing less than 5 panels away. This is a park area and is visited by many young people and I think we have waited long enough to have this security problem sorted. Thanks

Burning waste and toxic smoke

Next to the portacabins/caravans located on the corner of Tippity Green and Hawes Lane someone is regularly burning large amounts of waste. From the smell and black smoke it could very well be tyres or other industrial rubbish.
