Traffic lights out of synch

Absolutely horrendous road going up to the roadabout and after. The Traffic lights are out of synch so cars just pile up and causes so much traffic. Can you please monitor this it is so dangerous. Cars try to hit other cars to get through, beeping continuously it is an accident waiting to happen. The issue has been happening forever! occasionally it is better when traffic is light but not at 4-6pm!
