Edgbaston tunnel. Canal and Waterways Trust report that despite Edgbaston Tunnel being part of the canal network, lighting maintenance is the responsibility of Birmingham City Council. The lights are obstructed by spider's web and entangled debris. Someone needs to take a long handle broom and clean away the cobwebs. Nearest access is from the University of Birmingham Vale site.
