The vegetation on the verge along the Newby Wiske hall wall is at the road edge,in places it is onto the road.The ivy and over hanging branches from inside this property are forming a green wall in places making it very difficult to step out of the way of traffic.There is no pavement along here and this section is very popular with walkers in the area.As the vegetation is growing rapidly at the moment,the problem is slowly worsening.

The bridleway is completely unuseable as it is so overgrown., 2nd August
The bridleway has been overgrown all year. No effort has been taken to make it useable. The crop almost reaches the hedgerow and the small gap is full of 4ft nettles.
