Three days of snow, traffic and no gritter means our road is attempting to qualify as an olympic bob sleigh run. The road should be gritted at least to the extent of the houses, where several elderly residents live. s, 3rd February
This road is unsafe for foot traffic. In the thirty years I have lived here we have never been gritted, even though the bank and the main road through the village is. As we age it becomes dangerous for us to venture out on foot.
