Cars parking at junction and bus stop reducing visibility, 25th October
During school drop off and collection times vehicles are parking along the junction across the bus stop right up to the corner of the road. Turning right and left out of school avenue is very difficult as visibility of oncoming cars is impaired. Similarly drivers on school Road can not see cars coming out of school avenue. There have been several near misses and one accident last year at this junction during school drop off times. There is adequate parking at the playing field behind the school.

Very large pothole that has increased in size over last couple of months. At a narrow point in the road where the speed reducing measure is, so all vehicles move to that side of the road and hit it, making it larger.

Condition of pavement., 11th November
Hello I would like meeting to discuss the condition and maintenance of the payment outside the row of houses that make up Conway Croft on Tothall Lane. I believe that it has never been attended to in around 60 years (since the properties were built). It is very uneven and is breaking up and there are weeds growing in it. It is getting to the point were residents are having to patch up themselves to make use of it, which is of course not ideal.
I also believe that if works were carried out that the residents are now given the option to install a drop kerb at a reasonable cost. I would also like to discuss this option, as we have to either park on the road, in the very small and undersized car park at the end of the row or on our front gardens. The 7 Trent tanker is up and down the road normally several times a day, farm traffic is regular and last year the post box was severely damaged due to the tightness of passing of vehicles past the parked cars on the road. Therefore, I would welcome a discussion in how to move this forward in a positive way as the situation will only deteriorate if left.

Uneven slabs on ally between Ridsdale and School Avenue, 29th May
Ally between Ridsdale close and School Avenue The end house on School Avenue has removed the Bushes and roots leaving the slabs very uneven and removed edging to slabs My son has already tripped on the uneven slab and witnessed 2 others tripping

Blocked culvert under road causing significant standing water, 5th March
The culvert has been damaged by the instalation of high voltage cabling and the culvert has collapsed. This is causing a substantial back up of water (in excess of 10,000 gallons) this is subsequently flooding the road and washingmaterial out form under the road.

Very big pothole in road, couldn't get any photos as not safe to stop. Needs fixing asap as will easily cause blowouts/buckled wheels/suspension damage if anyone hits it in their car.

Obstructing footpath, 19th December
Blocking only access to Ridsdale close from shop car park, having to go on road to get to footpath, being blocked buy shop tenants , no signs say works being done and no road traffic lights in dark to show obstacles. This is the only access point as we have to walk over car park to get to the path, as my family have to push the push chairs and mobility scooters have to go on the road to get back on the path thank you.
