Only a few weeks after the potholes have been "repaired" - by being filled without being cut away or swept first, there are a number of large potholes and failed repairs which have again opened up! Whole junction requires resurfacing as the road surface has also sunk in places, is crumbling around ironworks and is showing cracks.

Very badly lit motorway stretch, 3rd May
From M64 Junction 1 to approximately the M6 Junction 9 the street lighting at night is diabolical. Tonight it was also raining which made it dangerous to drive in with very poor visibility, and I observed multiple near misses in terms of RTC’s. Better lighting needs to be installed as relying on solely the cat eyes was a very stressful and dangerous situation to be in.

Road flooded, 2nd May
For the past seven years we have been reporting this issue, water is coming out of the ground, flooding the road, ruining our property and stopping us using our drive.
Work has recently been carried out in old warstone lane (which has not been an issue as long as the problem we, I might add) and this problem has still not been addressed.
I will be letting our member of parliament know as I have already made him aware of this ongoing issue.

Repeated blocked driveway on Millbank Street, 12th March
Blue Mondeo, owned by a resident of the street, repeatedly blocks the dropped kerb blocking access to exiting the driveway. On going issue for nearly two years several hours at a time. Conversation with owner is fruitless and hostile. Reported to the police on several occasions but they never attend when they say they will.
Other notable issues on the street are vans parked down the road that park in a manner where a fire engine or ambulance will not get through.
Blue van that parks on the corner adjoining Thornley road that makes the entire corner blind and someone will end up in an accident soon.

Parked over dropped kerb, 1st February
This car, even after speaking hours ago with its owner about parking over a shared dropped kerb, has remained. My husband is disabled and has a frequency of requiring ambulances at a moments notice. Not to mention, he has dialysis 3x a week which he attends in a wheelchair via a wheelchair friendly taxi, who cannot freely park when this idiot is across the driveway. We share the dropped kerb with our 83 year old neighbours who are too intimidated to submit a report on #8 Millbank Street, but something needs to be done. They already take up the road with trucks and other vehicles, but to block access to dropped kerbs for disabled people is unacceptable

Uneven roads years of patching up and poor repairs, 21st January
Terrible graffiti, roads and paths on coppice farm estate. Years of neglect and poor maintenance. Residents pay a significant amount of council tax and we shoujd expect adequate riads repairs and maintenance.

Tree, 8th October
The tree is far too big and is over hanging my drive. It is far too high for me to deal with the parts of the tree that are over hanging my drive. A branch could easily come off the tree and damage my car parked on my drive. The tree needs to be cut back so it no longer is over my property

Neighbours parking, 5th October
I am having an issue getting off my drive because the people over the road park unacceptable. I have spoken to them over the past 12 months on several occasions to explain I can’t get off my drive because the the way they park. I have plenty more photos of the parking and they have ignored me as they continue to park like this . They have 2 big vans 2-3 cars and some type of dumper truck There are that many ppl in this house I dont know who lives there. The young son told be 3 weeks ago that they have a new factory and in a few weeks they will be leaving the vans at work. I gave them the benefit of the doubt they come back and forth at all times of the night. When they park the vans they rev that much they wake us up at night.when they move the cars off the drive they leave the others on the road and not put them on the drive My neighbour next door is 93 and has a cater every day 3x a day and even they struggle to park. The people next to them don’t have a drive and have 3 cars so they have no choice They have damaged our kerb and opposite This is giving me anxiety and effecting my mental health I have cancer and have told them and they are just rude Please can you help? I have more photos if you wish
