Pavement blocked by scaffolding, 16th May
The pavement on Pall Mall has been blocked by scaffolding belonging to the New Zealand House refurbishment. The effect of this is that if you use the pedestrian crossing opposite 123 Pall Mall to cross Pall Mall from south to north you end up with no safe walking place and have to walk in the road. This problem began on 15 May when new scaffolding appeared.

Old Travelodge Building Cladding Panel - Now Removed, 16th May
A 8ft by 2 ft metal cladding panel fell off the site of the old Travelodge building a few weeks ago, so we have put up heras fencing along the site of the car park/ old Travelodge building which Avison Young manage for our client, Simten. We just wanted to make you aware incase you wanted to fully close the pavement until all the checks have been carried out?
