FIXMYSTREET IN WF12 8LN
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of WF12 8LN:
Blocking the drive and no number left to contact the driver, 14th May
I’m unable to get out to work. I live on croft street and for the past week someone keeps parking in front of my car and doesn’t leave a number to contact so I can get out. This is just absolutely inconsiderate and unacceptable. I work a late shift so I have to leave at 2pm and get home at 02:30am so I’m always asleep when this inconsiderate person is parking in front of my car. It’s causing me anxiety and stress and added costs because I have had to get taxes to and from work and they aren’t cheap as I work in Leeds and live in Dewsbury. Please help me solve this as I just can’t afford to keep doing this and I’m at my whits end. The simple solution is to make croft street Residents only parking and give us all a parking disc for our cars and put up signs so random people can do this to us residents.

Britannia Garage, 15th January
This eyesore has always caused local residents problems but 2 issues stand out: 1. there is a dog constantly barking, starts at 5am and goes on until 6pm plus, the poor animal must be in some distress. 2. they are always burning waste, not leaves, but something smells bad like rubber only worse. Surely it cannot be right for a business to dispose of it's waste in this way?

Kerb edging is damaged due to vehicles driving over the footpath frequently. This issue is caused due to a White Mitsubishi Lorry vehicle being parked directly opposite the footpath. This subsequently narrows the highway to the extent that people in their vehicles have to mount the kerb/footpath to manoeuvre around the said vehicle. This is and has been an ongoing concern for sometime., 21st April
