Britannia Garage, 15th January
This eyesore has always caused local residents problems but 2 issues stand out: 1. there is a dog constantly barking, starts at 5am and goes on until 6pm plus, the poor animal must be in some distress. 2. they are always burning waste, not leaves, but something smells bad like rubber only worse. Surely it cannot be right for a business to dispose of it's waste in this way?

Pelican crossing keeps going to red with no one pressing the button, 30th October
The crossing keeps going to red every minute without anyone being stood waiting to cross. I noticed it this morning but its still doing it now

Dangerous decision, 28th March
I cannot understand why WMDC have just approved an application to double the workspace on this site. Just a matter of time now until a serious accident occurs, I hope they will accept their share of the responsibility. TWELVE OBJECTIONS AND NO SUPPORT!! crazy.

Vw abandoned on double yellow lines outside factory. cant get out trucks in, so having to block road to load and unload.

B6124 Traffic lights only allow minimal car though., 8th March
The traffic lights on to Leeds Road are set incorrectly again, only allowing 3 car though at a time causing traffic to back up to lydgate school entrance, which is approx 3/4 of a mile at peak times. This started when they started resurfacing started on Leeds road. Please would it be possible to rectify this. Kind regards

I own no.17 cemetery road and there has been a large amount of rubbish tipped on land adjacent to it which I understand is owned by Kirklees and I am concerned this will attract vermin, 21st September

No street lighting, 10th December
We have no street lighting whats so ever on kings paddock .its very dark at night and all people that live here are pretty old, I myself am disabled and have mobility problems , the nearest street light is further than 75 meters from the car park .and they is no lighting there or on the pathways .please could you help with this it is very dangerous WF58EN kingspaddock

Dangerous nuisance, 28th July
It appears that a vehicle dismantling business has sprung up here, without planning permission. They park on the road side, which is narrow, just before a blind brow so any vehicles going past have to drive on the wrong side of the road but cannot see if any vehicles are coming towards them. Just a matter of time before there's a serious accident. Also parking vehicles on Pildacre Brow causing obstructions.
