Gurnick Estate signpost is missing, 15th November
Earlier in spring, the Gurnick Estate signpost that was on the corner of Tredavoe Lane and the marked on the map fork was damaged when the hedges were cut.
Although this signpost was later replaced with a new one, it was not fitted well and fell and soon disappeared.
This is the route that many delivery vans take and since the signpost disappeared we've had an increased number of delivery drivers not being able to find Gurnick Estate or calling up for directions.
Please restore the Gurnick Estate signpost at the highlighted location.

.surface drain is blocked., 6th January
Highways informed me that the surface drain is Cornwal councils property the surface drain is blocked and I effective. This is causing damp to penetrate through the walls which is causing damp/witness along the perimeter wall.

Tree branch - hanging out into the road and large hedge overgrown into road., 14th June
Boundary of Myrtle Cottage along St Peter's Hill TR18 5EQ Tree branch causing obstruction to large vehicle and if torn off/dislodged could cause injury/damage properties in Carn William Terrace or parked vehicles. The whole boundary hedge is overgrown which blocks vision as cars travel around the bend of the road. During wet/windy weather there is often a significant amount of debris from the hedge.

9inch high kerbs in Gloucester Crescent making life very difficult for those with disabilities getting out of cars, 8th February
The kerbs are so high that it's very hard to get out of the car . They are on the same level as the car. Elderly or those with a disability struggle with this. The problem has already been reported to the highways department a few months ago but no response.
