Unruly overgrown boundary, 20th June

Tue, 20 Jun 2023 12:45:29 +0100
50.073746 -5.622574

This little road is called The Allotments and has houses on one side and the other side has been left to overgrown with no care whatsoever which is ruining my boundary wall and garden. The owner or persons responsible for this overgrown area need to clear and man at regular intervals so as not for it to interfere with Parc an cady bungalows. This is ruining my garden beyond repair and being disabled I am unable to keep it under control.

So a farm worker is bringing home a tractor every night and ruining all the grass verges. Turning them into a mud bath, it’s residential area with a lot of elderly people and a very obvious slip hazard causing mud to be everywhere.

I was unsure who maintained the grass areas within Parc an Cady. Whether it be Cornwall council or Livewest. The grassed areas have not been tended to for several months and these areas are getting and looking very unruly.

Extreme mud on the road into the village, 30th January

Sun, 30 Jan 2022 20:26:05 +0000
50.071154 -5.612264

Since flower pickers have been driving their mini buses into the village the last few weeks, the road is extremely muddy and slippery, very big hazard for anyone walking along the road into the village. I have lived here some 30 years and lots of people in the village walk out along this part of the road and I have never known it to be in the state it currently is.

Abandoned vehicles and parked vehicles in turning area, 28th January

Sun, 28 Jan 2018 17:32:35 +0000
50.072914 -5.622181

There are some vehicles in the parking area that are untaxed and are taking valuble space for tax paying road worthy vehicles.there are 8-10 vehicles that persistently park at every hour of the day and night in the turning area this is causing refuse collection and delivery personnel Etc to struggle to turn around.someone has graffitied on the carpark floor in an end carpark space a yellow box with the words no parking to stop people parking in this space as they would like it as access to there driveway.it is my understanding of this that a driveway must not cause any unnecessary inconvenience to other parking areas or driveways. there are other vehicles that park in front of driveways and also block people in on purpose to cause distress to others. One person stuns me as they live at the top of the road but persists to park in the turning area at the bottom for no apparent reason other than to do more exercise.more parking areas are needed on parc an cady estate as due to transport growth in modern family’s 5 spaces for entire estate is no longer suitable.I know councils are supposed to leave a certain amount of green land however this is no longer applicable to this estate as vehicles parc on the grass over night get stuck and turn it to a mud bath. So let’s use these areas as parking areas.
