White lining incorrect, 15th February
On approach to edithmead roundabout if you've come off the m5 heading towards burnham-on-sea: the first road marking suggests both the left and right lane is for straight on. the next road marking shows the right lane is actually for right only. The large brown information road signs northbound are so faded as to be unreadable (x2) need replacing

There is a rake in the centre of the slipway. Possibly fallen from a moving vehicle. Causing obstruction coming off the motorway onto the slip road at m5 j22 southbound.
