Kingsdown Dog Waste Bins Overflowing, 8th May
The dog waste bin at the bottom of Westminster Way on Kingsdown Estate, Bridgwater has not been emptied for I believe over a month and is now overflowing. I have previously contacted the Council who state that the bin is owned and managed by Trust Management but they are not emptying it. It is placed directly next to a childrens park and is a public health hazard.

Recycle & Bin teams causing obstructions, 1st May
Hello. We all appreciate the hard working recycle teams and bin collectors that come early mornings to get our discards, but along Bath Road (TA64PH) an issue is happening every week now that isn't getting better.
Since the recent change of collection day, we appear to have different teams.
These new ones are leaving the bins and recycling boxes strewn across the pavement causing trip hazards and obstructions to the pavement users along this busy street.
They even leave notes telling us to put out our boxes ON the pavement ourselves. i have the note still.
Somerset council web page says for us to put them at the EGDE of our property, which we do. Then they just abandon boxes on the pavement and sometimes not even at our house, but mixed up with others. I have gained two extra unmarked boxes this way!
This road is on a school route. Many Eastover children, parents with prams and pushchairs, mobility scooters, OAPs on foot, all have to negotiate the hazardous discarded bins and recycling. Especially on windy days!
Please ask them to be more considerate of those who use the pavement after them and put them BACK on the EDGE of the property where they got them from in the first place. Oh and please stop chucking the boxes down! Some are splitting!
Thank you.

Muddy footpath access., 5th April
For the last 10 years a temporary footpath has been used from Rosevean Close to the A39 Bath Road. [ see photos ] A lot of children use this way to get to KIngsdown school, as you can see on the photo a lot of them have Bikes. A safety barrier needs to be fitted on the kerb edge ASAP because of the amount of traffic on the A39. A permanent path could to be installed mainly because its a long way around on the other routes [ see Google screencapture ]
