FIXMYSTREET IN TA5 2EL
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of TA5 2EL:
Large, deep pothole, 14th May
This pothole has been here for some months and continues to deteriorate . I previously reported it and the response was that repair was not needed at this time ‘because the problem is not a safety issue and not severe enough for us to fix it.’ This is UNACCEPTABLE , this lane is well used by both cyclists and motorists and the pothole is a clear hazard to both. There are other equally severe potholes in Church Lane, this is just one example.

Barriers left by the roadside, 2nd March
Traffic barriers dumped by the roadside outside our church after road was closed some weeks ago due to a fallen tree. They make the village looks like a rubbish dump. Councils and local authorities are pleading poverty and leaving hundreds of pounds worth of materials rotting by the roadside. What a waste of money.
