Large potholes on Bristol Road causing our house to shake everytime large vehicles pass, 14th April
The potholes are huge and our house shakes every few minutes. We have a cracked living room window because of it. It’s been a good few weeks now. The vibrations and rattling is causing sleep disturbances in our young children too. Please fix ASAP.

Very poor condition signage, 6th April
Hi the signs at the junction with parkway & bath rd.
These signs are shocking the posts are rusted and could be pushed over by children. They need replacing along with new signs. This proves how parkway is neglected.

Raised and noisy inspection cover., 5th April
I think this is a telephone people problem but I don't know who else to speak to.
About two weeks ago a telecom company opened the inspection cover to do something. Ever since then, the cover doesn't sit squarely in its place.
This results in a loud rocking action noise as you walk over it. As one side is now raised, it's become a tip hazard that could do with being sorted please. Thank you!

Inconsiderate parking, 13th March
Cars are always parking on the very corner of Greenacre into church Road, and also always obstructing the dropped curb stopping disabled people from crossing the road safely. This way of parking makes it very dangerous to drive out of Greenacre as they are obstructing the view of oncoming cars. Resulting in having to drive on the opposite side of the road. This part of the road needs double yellow lines.

Overgrown exit from Sainsbury's carpark onto the crossing by the Crossrifles., 24th February
Problem is the overgrown exit from Sainsbury's carpark onto the crossing by the Crossrifles. As you approach the crossing driving into Bristol Road, the view of anyone coming out of Sainsbury's carpark is totally obscured by all the overgrown ivy that has grown up to completely cover the railing, totally obscuring anyone exiting the carpark. The crossing should really be a few yards down into Bristol Road, with the current roadside railings extended past the carpark exit. There are a number of pedestrians/bikes that come out of the carpark, straight across the crossing but in the winter, even if people use it safely, with the exit so overgrown, the lack of visability is very concerning.
